Solarez Poly Ding Repair 2oz is the UV-cure repair compound for polyester surfboards in a larger 2oz size — fiber-reinforced for structural strength, cures clear in 3 minutes of direct sunlight, and leaves a weather-stable, sandable finish that lasts season after season.

The 2oz Solarez Poly is the practical size for surfers with multiple boards, or for shops and travelers who want enough product to handle larger repairs without running out mid-fix. Same proven UV-cure formula that's been the industry standard for decades — just more of it.
How to use: Prep the ding area by cleaning, drying, and sanding lightly. Apply compound to fill the void, shaping with tape or wax paper as needed. Hold in direct sunlight for 3 minutes until solid. Sand flush and repeat for deeper repairs requiring multiple layers.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100, excluding surfboards and other oversized items.
Shipping rates for orders under $100, expedited methods, and oversized items are calculated at checkout.

Some items require special handling and do not qualify for free shipping or standard prepaid rates. These may include, but are not limited to:

Surfboard Shipping
Surfboards are excluded from free shipping and may require additional shipping, packaging, and handling charges due to size and freight requirements.
Because surfboards are fragile oversized items, delivery times may vary and extra transit protection may be required. Any surfboard-specific shipping charges will be shown at checkout or coordinated separately if needed.
