Blocksurf IronMend Ding Repair Kit delivers fast, clean, no-hassle surfboard repair using a household iron — no mixing, no measuring, and no toxic fumes. IronMend's heat-activated adhesive bonds directly to your board's surface, creating a watertight seal that keeps small dings from turning into expensive delamination problems. Keep one in your board bag for on-the-spot repairs between sessions.
- Application: Iron-on — apply heat from a standard household iron to activate the bond in minutes; no chemicals or UV cure required
- Seal: Watertight flexible bond prevents water from soaking into your blank and causing delamination or foam rot
- Compatibility: Works on fiberglass, epoxy, and foam surfaces — suitable for shortboards, longboards, and soft-tops
- Finish: Transparent or tinted repair blends with existing laminate for a clean result that looks far better than improvised tape fixes

Use Note: Best for pressure dings, surface cracks, and minor delamination repairs. Not suitable for deep structural breaks or repairs requiring foam replacement. A clean board surfs better and holds its resale value longer — address dings before they absorb water.
Care: Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. Check kit contents before a travel trip to ensure adhesive has not dried out.

Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping
We currently offer shipping within the United States.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100, excluding surfboards and other oversized items.
Shipping rates for orders under $100, expedited methods, and oversized items are calculated at checkout.
Oversized Items
Some items require special handling and do not qualify for free shipping or standard prepaid rates. These may include, but are not limited to:

Surfboard Shipping
Surfboards are excluded from free shipping and may require additional shipping, packaging, and handling charges due to size and freight requirements.
Because surfboards are fragile oversized items, delivery times may vary and extra transit protection may be required. Any surfboard-specific shipping charges will be shown at checkout or coordinated separately if needed.

Delivery Times
Transit times vary based on destination, carrier, and shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
