The lightest, most stretchy wetsuit in XCEL's lineup at 4/3mm, the Comp is built for surfers who prioritize flexibility and low weight above all else. When water temps drop into the 50s, this suit stays out of your way.
- 100% ultra-stretch exterior — the lightest-weight neoprene XCEL makes; eliminates fatigue on long paddle-outs and full-day sessions
- Thermo Dry Infrared (TDIR) interior — heat-generating infrared fiber that maximizes warmth while maintaining high-level stretch
- Glued and blind-stitched seams — strong, water-resistant construction that holds up through consistent use
- Back zip entry — classic entry with easy-in/easy-out for quick pre-dawn sessions
- Thickness: 4/3mm — ideal water temp 52–60°F / 11–15°C
- Men's regular and tall sizing — available in standard (S, M, L, XL) and tall variants (ST, MT, LT, XLT, XLS) for a proper fit
The Comp's ultra-stretch exterior is the reason surfers who've worn it keep coming back — it bends naturally with arm circles, pop-ups, and cutbacks without any of the resistance you fight in heavier suits. TDIR lining means you stay warm without piling on thickness. This is the suit for surfers who want to feel as free in 55°F water as they do in summer.
Sizing & Fit: Available in both standard and tall sizing. XCEL's tall options (ST, MT, LT) provide extra length in the torso and legs for taller surfers — if you're 6'1" or above, check XCEL's tall sizing. Use XCEL's size chart (height + weight). Runs true to size in standard cuts.
Care: Rinse inside-out in fresh water after each surf. Hang to dry in the shade. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or leave folded when wet.

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently offer shipping within the United States.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100, excluding surfboards and other oversized items.
Shipping rates for orders under $100, expedited methods, and oversized items are calculated at checkout.

Surfboard Shipping
Surfboards are excluded from free shipping and may require additional shipping, packaging, and handling charges due to size and freight requirements.
Because surfboards are fragile oversized items, delivery times may vary and extra transit protection may be required. Any surfboard-specific shipping charges will be shown at checkout or coordinated separately if needed.

Tracking

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
