Firewire Boss Up 7'4 48.4L — Kelly Slater's first performance midlength, co-designed with Dan Mann and Kevin Schulz as the ultimate one-board quiver for surfers who want genuine performance at higher volume.
Built to bridge the gap between midlength paddle power and shortboard performance, the Boss Up's I-Bolic Core — an I-beam internal frame with high-density foam rail construction — delivers a dynamic flex pattern that accelerates in weak surf and holds through committed rail turns.

At 48.4L, this is the largest and most versatile size in the Boss Up lineup — built for bigger surfers, beginners stepping into performance shapes, or anyone who wants a no-excuses travel board.
Sizing: Ideal for surfers riding shortboards in the 35–38L range, or bigger surfers stepping into the midlength performance category. Pair with the KS1 Fin Set as a quad.

Domestic Shipping
We currently offer shipping within the United States.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100, excluding surfboards and other oversized items.
Shipping rates for orders under $100, expedited methods, and oversized items are calculated at checkout.
Oversized Items
Some items require special handling and do not qualify for free shipping or standard prepaid rates. These may include, but are not limited to:

Surfboard Shipping
Surfboards are excluded from free shipping and may require additional shipping, packaging, and handling charges due to size and freight requirements.
Because surfboards are fragile oversized items, delivery times may vary and extra transit protection may be required. Any surfboard-specific shipping charges will be shown at checkout or coordinated separately if needed.

Tracking
