The Pro-Lite Smuggler Series Surfboard Travel Bag is the airline quiver bag designed for surfers who want to travel with more boards without paying for more bags. A false-bottom system hides one board from inspection when the bag is opened — so you're carrying three boards but showing two. It's a clever travel hack backed by a legitimately excellent bag: 10mm AIR-LITE foam, 600 Denier Poly construction, heavy-duty non-corrosive zippers, and details that make packing and unpacking at the airport far less painful.

Sizing: The 6'6 Smuggler is cut 24" wide and fits up to 3 standard shortboards approximately 19–21" wide with up to 2 5/8" thickness. This bag runs approximately 3" longer than posted size — a 6'6 bag fits boards up to 6'7. For wider boards, see the Fish/Hybrid Smuggler.
Care: Rinse with fresh water after saltwater exposure. Air dry fully before storage.

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping
We currently offer shipping within the United States.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100, excluding surfboards and other oversized items.
Shipping rates for orders under $100, expedited methods, and oversized items are calculated at checkout.

Some items require special handling and do not qualify for free shipping or standard prepaid rates. These may include, but are not limited to:

Surfboard Shipping
Surfboards are excluded from free shipping and may require additional shipping, packaging, and handling charges due to size and freight requirements.
Because surfboards are fragile oversized items, delivery times may vary and extra transit protection may be required. Any surfboard-specific shipping charges will be shown at checkout or coordinated separately if needed.

Delivery Times

Tracking
