The FCS Surfboard Bike Rack is the solution for surfers who want to ditch the car and ride to the break — a purpose-built rack system that attaches to your bicycle frame and carries your board securely, freeing you from parking hassles and keeping your dawn patrol commute simple and sustainable.
- Mounting: Adjustable, easy-to-mount system using an Allen key — attaches to standard bicycle frames across a range of sizes
- Arms: Tool-less fully adjustable arms with quick-release/removable design so you can detach the rack when not in use
- Security: Locking clips prevent the unwanted release of straps during transit
- Board Protection: Thick foam padding on all contact points protects your board's rails from abrasion
- Strap System: Wide elastic straps hold the board securely without damaging the rails — adjustable width to suit boards of varying widths
- Compatibility: Suitable for shortboards, mid-lengths, and fish shapes up to approximately 7'0"
Sizing Note: The FCS Bike Rack adjusts to fit most standard bicycle frame configurations. For longer boards (8'+), check board overhang clearance for your specific frame and wheel size before purchasing. Best suited for shortboards and mid-lengths for safe, balanced carrying.
Care: Rinse with fresh water after salt air exposure. Check arm locking clips and strap elasticity periodically. Store indoors when not in use to preserve the foam padding and elastic strap integrity.

Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, product launches, or other high-volume periods.
Domestic Shipping
We currently offer shipping within the United States.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100, excluding surfboards and other oversized items.
Shipping rates for orders under $100, expedited methods, and oversized items are calculated at checkout.
Oversized Items
Some items require special handling and do not qualify for free shipping or standard prepaid rates. These may include, but are not limited to:

- Flexi-Hex and other large-format accessories

Surfboard Shipping
Surfboards are excluded from free shipping and may require additional shipping, packaging, and handling charges due to size and freight requirements.
Because surfboards are fragile oversized items, delivery times may vary and extra transit protection may be required. Any surfboard-specific shipping charges will be shown at checkout or coordinated separately if needed.

Delivery Times
Transit times vary based on destination, carrier, and shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if something is missing, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, shipping delays, loss, or damage in transit may be outside our direct control, but we’ll do our best to help you resolve the issue.
