Mack's Aqua Block Earplugs keep water out of your ear canal session after session — doctor recommended for surfers and swimmers prone to swimmer's ear or the long-term pain of surfer's ear (exostosis). The soft, pliable silicone molds to your ear's unique outer shape for a custom, watertight seal that's comfortable through the longest sessions.

Sizing Note: One size fits most — suitable for most adult ear sizes. The moldable construction accommodates different ear shapes by conforming to your specific anatomy rather than relying on a fixed size. Care: Rinse thoroughly with fresh water after each session. Allow to fully air dry before reshaping and storing. Replace when silicone begins to lose its pliability or can no longer form a clean seal.

Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping
We currently offer shipping within the United States.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100, excluding surfboards and other oversized items.
Shipping rates for orders under $100, expedited methods, and oversized items are calculated at checkout.
Oversized Items
Some items require special handling and do not qualify for free shipping or standard prepaid rates. These may include, but are not limited to:

Surfboard Shipping
Surfboards are excluded from free shipping and may require additional shipping, packaging, and handling charges due to size and freight requirements.
Because surfboards are fragile oversized items, delivery times may vary and extra transit protection may be required. Any surfboard-specific shipping charges will be shown at checkout or coordinated separately if needed.

Delivery Times
Transit times vary based on destination, carrier, and shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
