The O'Neill Heat 3/2mm is built for the surfer who needs reliable warmth without compromise. Designed for cool-water sessions in the 58–68°F range, the Heat delivers O'Neill's trusted thermal technology in a clean, streamlined package that moves with you from paddle to pop-up.
At the core of the Heat's performance is O'Neill's TB3 Firewall lining — a heat-reflective thermal barrier across the chest and back that traps body warmth where you need it most. TB3 continues through the arms, legs, and shoulders for total-suit coverage. Aqua Alpha neoprene panels enhance stretch and flexibility while Fluid Seam Weld construction seals seams to prevent water infiltration. The Minimal Seam design reduces chafe points and keeps the suit light and unrestrictive. A Double Super Seal neck closure locks out flush, and the Redzone back zip system makes getting in and out effortless. A key pocket keeps essentials secure while you're in the water.

Sizing: O'Neill wetsuits run true to surf sizing. Refer to the O'Neill size chart and prioritize a snug fit through the torso — a properly fitted wetsuit should feel firm but not restrictive. If you're between sizes, size up for comfort.
Care: Rinse thoroughly with fresh water after each use. Hang to dry inside-out away from direct sunlight. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or use hot water. Store flat or on a wide hanger to preserve neoprene shape.

Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, product launches, or other high-volume periods.
Domestic Shipping
We currently offer shipping within the United States.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100, excluding surfboards and other oversized items.
Shipping rates for orders under $100, expedited methods, and oversized items are calculated at checkout.
Oversized Items
Some items require special handling and do not qualify for free shipping or standard prepaid rates. These may include, but are not limited to:

Surfboard Shipping
Surfboards are excluded from free shipping and may require additional shipping, packaging, and handling charges due to size and freight requirements.
Because surfboards are fragile oversized items, delivery times may vary and extra transit protection may be required. Any surfboard-specific shipping charges will be shown at checkout or coordinated separately if needed.

Delivery Times
Transit times vary based on destination, carrier, and shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
