Sizing Note: The Coastal Beanie is a one-size-fits-most design. The stretchy knit construction accommodates a wide range of head sizes. Wear cuffed for a more fitted look or uncuffed for extra coverage.
Care: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Lay flat to dry — do not tumble dry or iron. Avoid bleach to maintain colour and fibre integrity.

Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, product launches, or other high-volume periods.
Domestic Shipping
We currently offer shipping within the United States.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100, excluding surfboards and other oversized items.
Shipping rates for orders under $100, expedited methods, and oversized items are calculated at checkout.
Oversized Items
Some items require special handling and do not qualify for free shipping or standard prepaid rates. These may include, but are not limited to:

- Flexi-Hex and other large-format accessories

Surfboard Shipping
Surfboards are excluded from free shipping and may require additional shipping, packaging, and handling charges due to size and freight requirements.
Because surfboards are fragile oversized items, delivery times may vary and extra transit protection may be required. Any surfboard-specific shipping charges will be shown at checkout or coordinated separately if needed.

Delivery Times

Tracking

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
