The Firewire Mashup Surfboard 5'7 31.4L is a hybrid performance board that blends classic fish speed with modern shortboard maneuverability — a wide, volume-forward shape with a swallow tail that generates drive and speed in small to medium surf while still responding to progressive surfing.

The Mashup name is accurate — this board takes elements from proven designs (fish volume and tail, modern concaves and rails) and blends them into something that works in conditions where both a fish and a shortboard would each fall short in one way or another. In waist-to-chest-high beach break, the 5'7 Mashup finds speed and flow that a shortboard can't manufacture, while still being maneuverable enough to hit sections a classic fish can't reach. At 31.4L it's a high-volume option that makes small days genuinely satisfying.
Sizing & Fit: Best for surfers 140–185 lbs as a dedicated small-wave/fun board, or lighter intermediate surfers as an everyday board. Fins sold separately — Futures compatible (twin+1 or quad recommended).
Care: Rinse with fresh water after sessions. Store out of direct sunlight. Handle rails and tail carefully — epoxy is more impact resistant than PU but the swallow tail tips can chip on hard impacts.

Surfboard Shipping
Surfboards are excluded from free shipping and may require additional shipping, packaging, and handling charges due to size and freight requirements.
Because surfboards are fragile oversized items, delivery times may vary and extra transit protection may be required. Any surfboard-specific shipping charges will be shown at checkout or coordinated separately if needed.
