The Thunderbolt Mid 6 Mini 6'8 takes the six-channel performance engine of the full Mid 6 range and compresses it into a shorter, more responsive package. At 39 liters and 6'8, this is the most performance-oriented shape in the Mid 6 lineup — bridging the gap between a traditional mid-length and a high-performance shortboard, with all the paddle power and glide that a longer outline provides.
- Shape: Curvy outline, fine round pin tail, smooth rocker with slight nose flip — tuned for speed and responsiveness in a shorter mid-length package.
- Rails: High nose rails transitioning through mid-tucked to low-hard tail edges; central foil balances drive and hold across varied conditions.
- Bottom: Six blended channels deliver immediate response and sustained acceleration without tracking — the defining feature of the Mid 6 range.
- Volume: 39 liters at 6'8 — performance-oriented volume for surfers who want a mid-length feel with a shortboard surf.

Sizing: The 6'8 / 39L suits performance-oriented surfers from approximately 140–180 lbs. Step up to the 7'0 or 7'6 for more volume, glide, and paddle ease.
Care: Rinse with fresh water after every session. Store away from prolonged sun exposure. Repair dings promptly to maintain the six-channel bottom's performance.

We currently offer shipping within the United States.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100, excluding surfboards and other oversized items.
Shipping rates for orders under $100, expedited methods, and oversized items are calculated at checkout.

Some items require special handling and do not qualify for free shipping or standard prepaid rates. These may include, but are not limited to:

Surfboard Shipping
Surfboards are excluded from free shipping and may require additional shipping, packaging, and handling charges due to size and freight requirements.
Because surfboards are fragile oversized items, delivery times may vary and extra transit protection may be required. Any surfboard-specific shipping charges will be shown at checkout or coordinated separately if needed.
