Mack's Ear Seal with Leash combines a watertight silicone earplug with a connecting cord — so you get full ear protection without losing one plug mid-session when you pull them out between sets. A simple, practical solution for surfers who wear ear protection every session and want a leashed system that stays organized and accessible.
- Seal: Soft silicone flanged design sits comfortably at the canal entrance — water-blocking, easy to insert, and easy to remove with one hand
- Leash: Connecting cord prevents losing a single earplug in the water or on the beach — keeps both plugs together and accessible around your neck between sets

Sizing Note: One size fits most. The flanged silicone seal is designed to seat at the entrance of the ear canal and is suitable for most adult ear sizes. For a tighter seal in larger ear canals, Mack's Aqua Block moldable silicone may be a better option.
Care: Rinse with fresh water after each session. Store in the included case to keep the silicone clean and free from debris. Replace if the silicone seal shows signs of tearing or loss of flexibility.

Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, product launches, or other high-volume periods.
Domestic Shipping
We currently offer shipping within the United States.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100, excluding surfboards and other oversized items.
Shipping rates for orders under $100, expedited methods, and oversized items are calculated at checkout.
Oversized Items
Some items require special handling and do not qualify for free shipping or standard prepaid rates. These may include, but are not limited to:

- Flexi-Hex and other large-format accessories

Surfboard Shipping
Surfboards are excluded from free shipping and may require additional shipping, packaging, and handling charges due to size and freight requirements.
Because surfboards are fragile oversized items, delivery times may vary and extra transit protection may be required. Any surfboard-specific shipping charges will be shown at checkout or coordinated separately if needed.

Delivery Times
Transit times vary based on destination, carrier, and shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if something is missing, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, shipping delays, loss, or damage in transit may be outside our direct control, but we’ll do our best to help you resolve the issue.
